To determine how deficiency of Efhd2 in intestinal epithelial cells aggravates DSS-induced colitis in mice, we performed a transcriptional analysis. Overall design: Colonic epithelial cells were isolated from Efhd2f/f Vil1cre/+ and Efhd2f/f mice with and without DSS administration. Total RNA was isolated with TRIzol.
